Terms & conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of devs.ch, operated by:
Infuse
Switzerland
E-mail: [email protected]
Anyone can browse the jobs without an account. Employers need an account, with a confirmed e-mail address, to publish job posts.
2. Job posts
- A post describes one real, open position, located in Switzerland or open to people working from Switzerland, with a link or an e-mail address to apply.
- The employer is responsible for its content, which must comply with Swiss law, in particular on equal treatment and data protection. Posts for recruitment agencies must name the agency.
- Applications go straight to the employer, by its link or e-mail address: devs.ch never receives them.
- devs.ch may disable a post that breaks these terms or the law, for as long as the problem lasts, and refuse or take it down for good when the breach is serious, without refund in that case.
3. Prices and payment
- A post is paid once, before it goes online, at the price shown on the pricing page (CHF 290.00 for a standard post, CHF 490.00 for a featured one). The operator isn’t registered for VAT: no VAT is added, the price is the total.
- A post stays online for 30 days. A featured post is shown above the standard ones on the job board and among the first on the home page for that time.
- Payment is by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. The post goes online once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Stripe e-mails the receipt and an invoice, which can carry the company’s name, address and VAT number.
- Renewing adds 30 days to the post’s end, or puts an expired post back online. The employer is told by e-mail when a post expires. Closing a post early gives no refund for the days left.
4. Jobs from career pages
devs.ch also lists developer jobs that companies publish on their own career pages, through the public job boards of their recruiting providers, and links to them to apply. These listings are free and never featured; they go offline when the company stops listing them. Company names and logos are shown to identify the companies and belong to them; logos are taken from the companies’ own websites. When an employer posts on devs.ch a job also listed from its career page, its post replaces that listing while it’s online. A company that doesn’t want its jobs or logo shown can ask [email protected] to remove them.
5. Liability
devs.ch does not check the accuracy of posts and does not take part in hiring. Its liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.
6. Changes
These terms may change. The version online when a post is paid for applies to that payment.
7. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Courts at the operator’s seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
