About

Developer jobs,
nothing else.

devs.ch lists software jobs in Switzerland: backend, frontend, mobile, data, DevOps and security, from Geneva to St. Gallen and remote. It shows what a developer needs to decide (the role, the place, the stack, the salary when the company gives it) and sends you straight to the employer to apply.

01  /  Who

Run by Infuse, in Switzerland.

devs.ch is an independent job board. It isn’t a recruitment agency: it doesn’t see your application, doesn’t screen candidates and isn’t paid per hire. Employers pay a fixed price to post a job; job seekers pay nothing, and need no account.

Questions, corrections or a job that looks wrong: [email protected]. The operator’s details are in the legal notice.

02  /  Where the jobs come from

Two kinds of listings, always labelled.

Posted on devs.ch. An employer writes the post and pays for it. Its page says “Posted by the company on devs.ch”, and applications go to the employer’s own link or e-mail address.

From a company’s career page. Many companies publish their openings through a recruiting service (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Personio, Recruitee). devs.ch reads the public job boards of 26 companies chosen by hand and lists their developer jobs in Switzerland. Their page says “Listed from the company’s public career page”, and “Apply” takes you to the company’s own page.

Only developer roles are kept (not sales, support or hardware engineering), located in Switzerland or open to people working from Switzerland. What a company doesn’t say stays unsaid: no guessed salary, workplace or contract.

A job is never shown twice: when a company posts on devs.ch a job we also list from its career page, its own post replaces the listing while it’s online.

03  /  How fresh

71 open jobs, checked every few hours.

  • Career pages are read again several times a day. A job the company no longer lists goes offline at the next reading, and each job’s page says when its listing was last checked.
  • A post on devs.ch stays online for 30 days, unless the employer closes it sooner, for instance once the position is filled. It isn’t kept online past its time.
  • A job that is no longer open says so on its page, with no way to apply, and leaves the search results.

04  /  For employers

Correct or remove a listing.

Your post on devs.ch. Change it or take it offline yourself, at any time, from My job posts.

A job from your career page. It follows your career page: change the job there and devs.ch follows within hours, close it there and it goes offline here. To correct something else, such as your company’s name, website or logo, or to have your jobs or logo removed from devs.ch altogether, write to [email protected].

A job that looks wrong. Every job page has a “Report this listing” link. Misleading, outdated or unauthorised posts are taken offline.
